A meditation on the night sky.

As I sit beneath the vast tapestry of night, I am reminded of the stars, luminous diamonds scattered across the cosmos, whispering tales of time and space. In the quiet of November, the month I took my first breath, I am drawn to the celestial dance that unfolds above, guiding my thoughts along the Milky Way.
With each glance toward the southern sky from November to April, I trace the outlines of familiar constellations, Orion’s Belt, a steadfast companion, and the graceful curves of Taurus. The stars become my map, charting the seasons and marking the passage of time. Their brilliance pierces the darkness, etching memories into my mind’s eye.
I often find solace in the art of observation, sketching charts, and crafting maps that capture celestial wonders. Each constellation classified, each planet noted, becomes a testament to humanity’s quest for understanding. The moon waxes and wanes through its phases like the ebb and flow of our lives, reminding us that change is the only constant in universal time.
As I gaze upon the planets, their paths winding through the heavens, I am filled with a sense of connection to the cosmos. The stars, with their timeless glow, invite us to dream and wonder, to seek our place among them. In this celestial embrace, I find not just the beauty of the night but a profound reminder that we are all part of a greater story, one that stretches across Earth and the stars alike.
